Subex announced that the company has allotted 15,98,746 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of USD 650,000 out of the company's USD 127,721,000 secured convertible bonds (5.70%) due 2017 on Mar. 24, 2015.

Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to USD 81.53 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the stock exchanges, the paid up share capital of the company has increased from Rs 181,32,38,290 to Rs 182,92,25,750.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.13, or 1.31%, to trade at Rs 9.80. The total volume of shares traded was 86,612 at the BSE (12.11 p.m., Wednesday).
