SPML Infra shares gained on Tuesday after the company announced that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Sept. 18, 2014 to discuss and consider the various options of fund raising.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 84.60, up Rs 3.45, or 4.25% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 10:57 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 84.90 and low of Rs 82. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 3,996.
