Sujit Kanoria has bought 4.86% stake in Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation, a construction and infrastructure development company, for Rs 147.68 million on Monday.  Sujit Kanoria, who is one of the promoters of the company, has purchased 1,077,953 shares at a price of Rs 137 a share.

On the other hand, Opulent Venture Capital Trust sold 4.86% stake in the company for Rs 147.68 million. Opulent Venture sold 1,077,953 shares at a price of Rs 137 a share.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.9, or 3.55%, to settle at Rs 142.90. The total volume of shares traded was 1,083,173 at the BSE (Monday).
