Supreme Court has granted more time to DLF to furnish penalty for the fine slapped on it by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for allegedly resorting to unfair business practices.
''Furnish undertakings have to pay penalty in instalments. The undertaking has to deposit Rs 750 million per month from January 2015,'' said SC.
The next penalty of DLF will be on Jan. 07, 2015.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 150.35, up Rs 2.2, or 1.48% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 2:58 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 155 and low of Rs 145. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 2,526,311.
