Samtex Fashions said Monday the board of directors will meet on Jul. 17, 2015 to consider the sub division of equity shares of Rs.10 each into shares with lower face value.

In this connection as per the Company's codes of Fair Disclosure & Conduct adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the company will be closed for all insiders as mentioned in the above said code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct of the company with immediate effect and shall be opened 48 hours alter the intimation of outcome of above said Board Meeting to Stock Exchange.

This intimation regarding closure of Trading Window shall be communicated to all the insiders of the company.    

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.1, or 4.86%, to settle at Rs 88.50. The total volume of shares traded was 21,143 at the BSE (Monday).
