Rubfila International announced that the company has entered into a long term agreement with Abhisar Buildwell (ABPL), Agartala, Tripura - the manufacturer of rubber threads in India - for manufacturing arrangement.

Through this agreement, ABPL will manufacture rubber threads exclusively for Rubfila only. This arrangement comes into effect from Oct. 01, 2014.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.05, or 0.14%, to trade at Rs 35.30. The total volume of shares traded was 4,438 at the BSE (9.40 a.m., Wednesday).
