In line with its commitment of bring in advanced technology for benefits of Mumbaikars, Reliance Energy (distribution arm of Reliance Infrastructure) and Innovari, a US based firm, signed an MoU on expanding the Automated Demand Side Management (ADSM) during President Obama's visit to India.
A Sethuraman, group president, corporate affairs, Reliance group; R.R. Mehta CEO Reliance Energy and Chris Hichman, Innovari CEO, signed the MoU.
Shares of the company gained Rs 5.75, or 1.3%, to trade at Rs 446.65. The total volume of shares traded was 526,214 at the BSE (3.29 p.m., Friday).
