Real estate stocks declined on Tuesday as RBI has kept repo and reverse repo unchanged at 7.50% and 6.50% respectively. Meanwhile, cash reserve ratio and statutory reserve ratio kept unchanged at 4% and 21.5% respectively.

Real estate stocks such as Indiabulls Real Estate declined the most with a fall of 3.59%, followed by Unitech (3.13%), Anant Raj (3.06%), DLF (2.69%), Godrej Properties (1.66%) and Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL) (1.63%).
