Ramco Systems, an enterprise software company, announced partnership with TrustSphere, which has pioneered messaging intelligence for corporations, to use advanced analytics for people development solution. Human resource leaders can now use advanced analytics to improve teamwork, facilitate mentoring and identify influencers who lead their organizations by studying patterns from email, voice and instant messenger traffic without viewing the content of the messages.

Ramco will add TrstSphere's analytics tools-which allos rich insights on staff behaviour without breaching privacy-to its suite of services for HCM clients to improve HR management with the ease of cloud-based mobile applications.

Shares of the company gained Rs 16.55, or 3.9%, to trade at Rs 441. The total volume of shares traded was 517 at the BSE (11.51 a.m., Thursday).
