Ramco Systems, an enterprise software company, today announced the signing of a multi-year global mandate with Cobham Aviation Services, aviation solution specialist to defence, government and commercial customers. The company will implement a company-wide engineering transformation programme for Cobham.

Shares of the company gained Rs 68.5, or 7.86%, to trade at Rs 939.50. The total volume of shares traded was 6,207 at the BSE (9.19 a.m., Tuesday).
