Purple Inflight Entertainment has divested 7.27% stake in Trilogic Digital Media for Rs 19.24 million on Tuesday. Purple Inflight Entertainment has sold 860,865 shares at a price of Rs 22.35.

Recently, the company has reported a fall in profit to Rs 4.15 million for quarter ended Jun. 30, 2014 compared to Rs 6.66 million in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter increased 9.19 times to Rs 210.14 million.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.05, or 4.93%, to settle at Rs 22.35. The total volume of shares traded was 862,311 at the BSE (Tuesday).
