Puravankara Projects, one of the leading real-estate developers in the country, has announced Purva Evoq, a first-of-its kind contemporary residential project at Chennai's prime location Guindy.

Purva Evoq is an architectural marvel, whose facade is designed by a renowned international architectural firm from Germany taking inspiration from the Chettinad architecture of South India and cloaking it with modern day luxuries.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.7, or 1.76%, to trade at Rs 98.40. The total volume of shares traded was 451 at the BSE (9.58 a.m., Monday).
