Oracle Financial Services Software, engaged in providing products and services to the financial services industry, said that the ESOP allotment committee at its meeting today has allotted 192,316 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 a share.

The said allotment is made to the eligible employees & director of the company who have exercised their stock options under the employee stock option scheme (ESOS) 2002, 2010 and 2011.

These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company, in all respects. In this allotment, 4,000 shares are allotted to S. Venkatachalam, director of the company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the company has increased to Rs 422,841,560 divided into 84,568,312 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 a share.

Shares of the company gained Rs 23.1, or 0.58%, to trade at Rs 4,000. The total volume of shares traded was 1,987 at the BSE (12.51 p.m., Tuesday).
