OnMobile Global, a company engaged in telecom value-added services (VAS), witnessed a rise in share price on Friday after it announced that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on Dec. 11, 2014, has decided to buy-back company's equity shares of Rs 10 each.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 72.60, up Rs 3.45, or 4.99% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 10:48 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 72.60 and low of Rs 72. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 146,294.
