Oberoi Realty today announced its foray into the central suburbs of Mumbai with the launch  of its twin developments, Eternia and Enigma, at Mulund. The projects are located on the arterial LBS Road in one of Mumbai's fastest growing suburb. Singapore-based architects, HB Design will design the developments.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.45, or 0.91%, to trade at Rs 271. The total volume of shares traded was 6,667 at the BSE (1.22 p.m., Monday).
