NIIT Technologies, an IT solutions organization, reported a dispute between one of the company's subsidiaries and its client in the APAC region. It may result in claims and counter claims, the company said.
The company is exploring various options to resolve the dispute. In line with the company's accounting policy, the company shall be providing up to a value of USD 10 million, towards unbilled revenue, during the current quarter.
Shares of the company declined Rs 21.6, or 5.77%, to trade at Rs 353.00. The total volume of shares traded was 12,727 at the BSE (10.25 a.m., Tuesday).
