NIIT Technologies said that the ESOP share allotment committee of the company has allotted 41,225 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005.

Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the company has gone up to 61,044,899 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 610,448,990.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6.95, or 1.87%, to trade at Rs 377.95. The total volume of shares traded was 10,868 at the BSE (2.57 p.m., Thursday).
