Natco Pharma declined on Wednesday after the company allotted 1,61,775 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 1,190 a share on preferential basis other than cash to the promoters of Natco Organics.

Shares of the company declined Rs 79.45, or 5.52%, to trade at Rs 1,360. The total volume of shares traded was 4,374 at the BSE (1.12 p.m., Wednesday).

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1,366 and low of Rs 1,301.90. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 4,374.
