Majestic Research Services and Solutions (MRSS) have secured a significant contract with HPCL, a global Fortune 500 company. The project is about understanding "Satisfaction of Customers-Individual, Commercial and Rural" with respect to their product & services.

This is HPCL's annual customer satisfaction track study with 60,000 interviews across their 62 regional offices PAN India. This study would help HPCL to improve services offered at the retail outlets and strategize their future plan.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.35, or 4.92%, to trade at Rs 50.15. The total volume of shares traded was 10,000 at the BSE (10.14 a.m., Thursday).
