Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) PTE has sold 0.51% stake in NIIT Technologies for Rs 124.35 million. It has sold 0.31 million shares at a price of Rs 403.01 a share on the National Stock Echange (NSE).

Earlier, the company reported a dispute between one of the company's subsidiaries and its client in the APAC region. "It may result in claims and counter claims," the company said.

The company is exploring various options to resolve the dispute. In line with the it's accounting policy, the company shall provide unbilled revenue worth approx. USD 10 million, during the current quarter.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.55, or 0.14%, to trade at Rs 403.70. The total volume of shares traded was 6,555 at the BSE (11.56 a.m., Wednesday).
