Menon Bearings said that the company has appointed Nazura Ajaney as an additional independent director of the company for a perioad 5 years on Sept. 04, 2014 till September 03, 2019, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.

Shares of the company gained Rs 9.95, or 12.04%, to settle at Rs 92.60. The total volume of shares traded was 69,154 at the BSE (Friday).
