Mastek, specialised in building, re-engineering, maintaining and managing enterprise grade business applications, announced that at a meeting of share transfer, investor grievances and stakeholder relationship committee held on Dec. 29, 2014, 51515 equity shares of Rs 5 each (face value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the company's employee stock option schemes.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respects. Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to 22,431,447 equity shares amounting in aggregate to Rs 112,157,235.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.25, or 1.76%, to settle at Rs 403.80. The total volume of shares traded was 236,971 at the BSE (Monday).
