Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals loss widens in Oct-Dec quarter

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals said its net loss for the quarter ended December 2014 has widened to Rs 18,943.60. It reported a net loss of Rs 2,476.80 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter declined 21.94% to Rs 147,154.20 million, compared with Rs 188,503.30 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share stood negative at Rs 10.81 compared with negative Rs 1.41 in the same quarter last year.
