Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, announced that the company has acquired a land parcel in Palghar, Maharashtra admeasuring 85,000 square meters.

The company has acquired the aforesaid land for residential development.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.95, or 0.2%, to trade at Rs 474.20. 

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 85.53% to 3,177 compared with 22-day average volume of 21,954.
