Madhucon Projects shares jump on disinvestment of subsidiaries

Madhucon Projects, witnessed a rise in share price on Tuesday after it has entered into a term sheet with TRIL Roads to disinvest its subsidiaries Madhucon Infra and Madhucon Toll Highways 74% stake in Madhucon Agra-Jaipur Expressways (Step down subsidiary of Madhucon Projects), a National Highway Authority of India's road project.

 

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 37.25, up Rs 4.5, or 13.74% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 11:47 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 39.30 and low of Rs 33.60. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 347,770.
