Larsen & Toubro (L&T), an engineering and construction conglomerate, witnessed a rise in share price on Friday after L&T Construction has won new orders worth Rs 17.11 billion across various business segments in March 2015.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 1,656.45, up Rs 20.45, or 1.25% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 10:11 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1,665 and low of Rs 1,647. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 36,825.
