Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) witnessed a rise in share price on Thursday after the company's subsidiary has won orders worth Rs 10.38 billion in the international and domestic markets in November 2015.
The company's a fully owned subsidiary Larsen & Toubro Saudi Arabia LLC, has bagged an order valued at SAR 405.75 million (USD 108.2 million) for the construction of five 132 kV Substations at Hail area from the National Grid, Saudi Arabia, a subsidiary of Saudi Electricity Company.
Shares of Larsen & Toubro are trading at Rs 1,351.50, up Rs 9.15, or 0.68% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 9:55 a.m.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 90.55% to 253,204 compared with 22-day average volume of 2,678,018.
