Kolte-Patil Developers witnessed a rise in share price on Tuesday after it has been appointed as a development manger by 'Now Realty' to collaborate and develop its residential project named 'Sereno' situated at Baner in Pune. The project will offer 0.6 million square feet of saleable development area.
All the requisite approvals are already in place and construction has already commenced on part of the project.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 216, up Rs 9.6, or 4.65% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 12:37 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 220.95 and low of Rs 203.70. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 118,021.
