Kolte Patil Developers, a real estate developer engaged in residential and commercial projects, has appointed Shraddha Jain as its chief financial officer. Shraddha joins Kolte-Patil with over 25 years of experience across different industries.

At Kolte-Patil, Shraddha is entrusted with the responsibility of driving strategic financial function, including financial planning, external reporting, strengthening internal control systems and processes across the group.

Shares of the company declined Rs 6.5, or 3.69%, to trade at Rs 169.70. The total volume of shares traded was 26,488 at the BSE (10.13 a.m., Monday).
