Kolte-Patil Developers has strengthened its Mumbai portfolio by adding three society redevelopment projects in the Western suburbs of Mumbai. These projects located in Khar (W), Malad (W) and Goregaon (W) - take the total tally to six projects in Mumbai with a saleable area (KPDL share) of approximately 0.6 million sft.

Shares of the company declined Rs 3.05, or 1.62%, to settle at Rs 184.80 at the BSE (Wednesday).
