KEC International, a RPG Group infrastructure EPC major, said Thursday the company has completed the sale of its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation for a total consideration of Rs 823 million.
The telecom assets, consisting of 381 telecom sites, are in the states of Chhattisgarh, Meghalya and Mizoram.
Recently, the company announced that it has secured new orders valuing Rs 6.22 billion in its transmission & distribution, cables and cables businesses.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.15, or 0.76%, to trade at Rs 152.40. The total volume of shares traded was 39,485 at the BSE (9.34 a.m., Thursday).
