Kalpataru Power Transmisison (KPTL), a leading global EPC player in the power & infrastructure contracting sector announced Thursday the company has bagged new orders worth Rs 5.6 billion.
The company has received order for two transmission lines in Kargil of 80 kms worth Rs 2.37 billion from PGCIL. It has secured order worth Rs 1.9 billion from PGCIL for supply, erection and commissioning of 3 transmission line of 400 KV near Agra of 263 kms.
In addition, the company has also secured pipeline laying project worth Rs 1.32 billion from Indian Oil Corporation.
Shares of the company gained Rs 11.55, or 5.36%, to trade at Rs 226.90. The total volume of shares traded was 264,838 at the BSE (11.52 a.m., Thursday).
