Jubilant Life Sciences, an integrated pharma and life sciences company, witnessed a sharp fall in share prices on Wednesday after reporting poor quarterly results. The company has reported a net loss of Rs 941.10 million for the quarter ended September 2014, which was higher than Rs 805.80 million in the same quarter last year.

Net sales for the quarter declined marginally 4.60% to Rs 13,711.00 million, compared with Rs 14,372.70 million for the prior year period.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 147.05, down Rs 17.8, or 10.80% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 3:05 p.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 153.00 and low of Rs 144.00. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 261,311.
