JSW Steel, an integrated steel manufacturer witnessed a fall in share price on Tuesday after it has reported a fall of 1.51% in crude steel production to 1.06 million tons for October 2014. Production of rolled products-flat during the month was at 8.28 lakh tons, witnessing a fall of 4.50% over last year period.
Production of rolled products-long increased by 2.68% to 1.53 lakhs tons.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 1,243.65, up Rs 11.5, or 0.93% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 1:53 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 1,246.30 and low of Rs 1,223. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 34,610.
