FMCG major ITC, announced that the company has entered into asset purchase agreements with Johnson & Johnson, India & Johnson & Johnson, Singapore for purchase of 'Savlon' and 'Shower To Shower' trademarks and other intellectual property, respectively, primarily for use in India.

These agreements are subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory permissions as may be necessary.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.2, or 0.05%, to trade at Rs 370.80. The total volume of shares traded was 70,220 at the BSE (10.51 a.m., Friday).
