ITC shares fall ahead of Q3 results

 FMCG major ITC, witnessed a fall in share price on Wednesday as the company is going to announce its third quarter earnings today.
The company is likely to post a net profit of Rs 26 billion in the third quarter against a net profit of Rs 23.85 billion in the year-ago period. Net sales are seen increasing to Rs 97 billion from Rs 86.23 billion in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Shares of the company declined Rs 7, or 1.89%, to trade at Rs 364.20 at the BSE (12.27 p.m., Wednesday).
