Promoters have reduced shareholding in IRB Infrastructure Developers over the last three months. Promoters have reduced shareholding by 332 basis points to 57.79 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 61.11 percent as on Dec 31, 2014.

On the other hand, foreign institutional investors (FIIs) shareholding increased by 230 basis points to 26.94 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 24.64 percent as on Dec 31, 2014.

domestic institutional investors (DIIs) shareholding increased by 152 basis points to 8.02 percent at the end of March 2015 quarter from 6.5 percent as on Dec 31, 2014.

Non Institutions were holding 7.25 percent stake at the end of March 2015 quarter, down 50 basis points from 7.75 percent as on Dec 31, 2014.

Corporate bodies were holding 2.23 percent stake at the end of March 2015 quarter, down 51 basis points from 2.74 percent as on Dec 31, 2014.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.4, or 0.55%, to trade at Rs 258.25. The total volume of shares traded was 99,880 at the BSE (3.04 p.m., Wednesday).
