Indusind Bank said that the bank has allotted 6,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on Dec. 12, 2014 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the company in all respect.

Recently, Indusind Bank inaugurated two new branches in Mohali and Zirakpur in Punjab. The new branches are located in Sector-67, Mohali (Punjab) and VIP Road, Zirakpur (Punjab) respectively.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.55, or 0.33%, to trade at Rs 779. The total volume of shares traded was 14,968 at the BSE (11.44 a.m., Friday).
