Indusind Bank, the private sector lender , announced that the bank has allotted 51,947 equity shares of Rs 10 each to those grantees who had exercised their option under the company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

Recently, the bank has inaugurated two new branches in Mohali and Zirakpur in Punjab. The new branches are located in Mohali (Punjab) and VIP Road, Zirakpur (Punjab) respectively.

Shares of the company gained Rs 12.25, or 1.61%, to trade at Rs 772.20. The total volume of shares traded was 48,129 at the BSE (3.13 p.m., Thursday).
