Indraprastha Gas, a natural gas distribution company, witnessed a sharp rise in share price on Wednesday after the company said the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India has pronounced the judgement on Jul. 1, 2015 and dismissed the special leave petition of Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) related to the gas pricing.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 463.95, up Rs 46.15, or 11.05% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 11:28 a.m.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 1,867.95% to 6,287,624 compared with 22-day average volume of 319,501.
