India Grid Trust has signed definitive agreements and acquired thefollowing power transmission assets from Sterlite PowerGrid Ventures in accordance with the approval given by unitholders in the general meeting held on November 20, 2017.

RAPP Transmission Company; Purulia and Kharagpur Transmission Company and Maheshwaram Transmission.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.39, or 0.42%, to trade at Rs 92.50. The total volume of shares traded was 10,206 at the BSE (9.44 a.m., Friday).
