IL&FS Transportation Networks, the transportation infrastructure company, announced that ITNL Offshore Two, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in Singapore, has issued RMB 690 million, 7.50% Reg S only senior unsecured notes due 2018. These notes have been listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 24, 2015, falling 6.98% compared with the Sensex's 2.91% decline.

It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 9.74% as against 3.50% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.85, or 0.45%, to trade at Rs 191.80. The total volume of shares traded was 1,534 at the BSE (10.37 a.m., Wednesday).
