ICICI Bank, India's largest private sector bank, announced that the bank has allotted 6,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Dec. 01, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 2.49% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 6.30% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the bank gained Rs 13, or 0.74%, to settle at Rs 1,770.55. The total volume of shares traded was 197,679 at the BSE (Tuesday).
