ICICI Bank said that the bank has allotted 46,935 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Shares of the bank declined Rs 22.9, or 1.46%, to settle at Rs 1,548.35. The total volume of shares traded was 176,752 at the BSE (Friday).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Sep. 04, 2014, falling 13.77% compared with the Sensex's 5.30% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 0.80% as against 9.19% rise in the Sensex.
