Hyderabad HC allows GHIAL to collect airport charges

 GMR Infrastructure, the infrastructure holding company of GMR group, announced that Hyderabad High Court (HC) issued a decision, ruling in favour of GHIAL which will now enable Hyderabad airport to collect tariff as was earlier collected.
 GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) had filed a writ petition with high court at Hyderabad seeking approval to collect tariff or airport charges as was being collected prior to Apr. 01, 2014.
The above announcement was in pursuant to the policy directed by Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) to adopt Hybrid Till with 30% cross subsidization for Hyderabad Airport and pending compliance.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.14, or 1%, to trade at Rs 13.88. The total volume of shares traded was 889,195 at the BSE (1.07 p.m., Thursday).
