Hero MotoCorp (HMCL), leading two-wheeler manufacturer, witnessed a fall in share price on Friday after it reported a fall of 14.08% in net profit stood at Rs 4.76 billion for the quarter ended Mar. 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 5.54 billion in the same period last year.
The company saw an increase of 3.77% in total income to Rs 68.86 billion from Rs 66.36 billion in the same quarter last year.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 2,282, down Rs 72.1, or 3.06% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday at 9:48 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 2,312 and low of Rs 2,256. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 20,857.
