Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) said that the corporation allotted 1,14,625 equity shares of Rs 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees/director.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs 314,57,48,940 consisting of 157,28,74,470 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

Shares of the company declined Rs 23.6, or 1.77%, to settle at Rs 1,309.80. The total volume of shares traded was 93,539 at the BSE (Monday).
