Havell'S India announced a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 4.33% to Rs 1,162.10 million from Rs 1,214.70 million in the same quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 5.32% to Rs 12,474.40 million, compared with Rs 11,844 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 1.86, registering 4.62% decline over previous year period.
