Graphite India said a substantial drop in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 51.61% to Rs 204.00 million from Rs 421.60 million in the same quarter previous year. Net sales for the quarter declined 27.71% to Rs 3,140.80 million, compared with Rs 4,344.50 million for the prior year period. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 1.04, registering 51.85% decline over previous year period.
