Goldman Sachs Singapore has picked 2.67% stake in Hathway Cable & Datacom for Rs 213.63 million on Friday. It has purchased 4.45 million shares at a price of Rs 48 a share on the Bombay Stock Echange (BSE).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Mar. 20, 2015, falling 5.40% compared with the Sensex's 3.32% decline.

It underperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 2.61% as against 3.25% rise in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.85, or 1.76%, to trade at Rs 49.25. The total volume of shares traded was 26,267 at the BSE (11.12 a.m., Monday).
